According to the "Dormitory Management Manual" issued by the Executive Yuan and the "National Sun Yat-sen University Staff Dormitory Allocation Management Guidelines", the following monthly fees must be paid for borrowed dormitories:

1.     Dormitory contract notarization fee ($1,500/time)

2.     Dormitory management fee (varies depending on the building)

3.     Water, electricity, and gas rates.  

4.     Building management fee (off-campus dormitories).

5.     May not apply for travel stipend (If borrowing Building A, B, C, D, B, and Sizhiwan dormitory).

6.     Housing subsidy deductions (based on Executive Yuan regulations):

Lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor, professor... $700
