1.    Please first read the University's "Staff Dormitory Maintenance Guidelines". The appendix includes "Maintenance Items for New Tenants" and "Maintenance Items for Existing Tenants". For items not listed on the maintenance lists these repairs are at the borrower's own expense.

2.   For maintenance items that the University is responsible for, the borrower should register the maintenance items on the Maintenance webpage "The OGA Maintenance & Repair system"

3.       Once the relevant units have reviewed and allocated the necessary funds the work will be performed. The tenant will be asked to confirm that the work has been completed.

4.     Maintenance carried out at the tenant's own expense may not change the building's structure, pipelines, partitions, and internal/external appearance. Other types of maintenance carried out at own expense should be returned to their original state when the tenant moved out.
