1.      Wood, fabric, and chemicals with no residual value (resale value) are treated as waste and should be disposed of properly in accordance with the relevant regulations. Hazardous materials should be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations.

2.     Scrapped items should be checked with Property Management Division before starting the impairment and disposal process. Once confirmed, each unit should first remove the asset label then dispose of as waste or through disposal companies. The disposal company should sign a declaration on the proper disposal of scrapped items.
