1.      Information on the current assets of each unit can be queried and printed from the "Facilities Management System"(FMS) (URL: https://fms-oga.nsysu.edu.tw/login/) under the Property Management Division page.

2.    The University's FMS was developed by the Office of Library and Information Services. It provides the following functions:

3.    Online querying and printing of assets assigned to an individual (Unit asset custodians can query all assets within the unit)

ii. Online querying and printing of "Inventory List" of assets assigned to an individual.

iii. Online printing of asset "Inventory List".

iv. Online editing of asset "Location".

v. Fill out the "Asset Impairment Form" (assets, software, non-consumables) online for printing.

vi. Fill out the "Asset Transfer Form" (consumables or non-consumables) for printing.
