1.Eligibility: Limited to faculty and staff members.

2.Information: Please visit the Property Management Division's  Second-hand Information System(To make the most use of assets and avoid waste, each unit should provide the Property Management Division with the details and photos of idle and serviceable assets so they can be posted on the website).

3.  Please contact the staff in charge then collect the asset yourself. Once it has been collected, fill out the "Asset (Non-consumable) Transfer Form" or "Non-Consumable Requisition Form" (2-copies) for approval then forward it to the Property Management Division for archival.

4.Pick-up Location: B1, College of Science and Engineering Hallway.

5.All second-hand assets are the property of the University and should be kept in good condition. If it is no longer serviceable then it should be returned in accordance with the rules.
